TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training sessions in Kempo Karate is held every Tuesday at Hågadalskolan's sports hall from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, unless otherwise stated. Please register your interest via email. You are warmly welcome!

The Tuesday training sessions (7:30 PM to 9:00 PM) are open to both complete beginners and those with martial arts experience. Feel free to spread the below poster.

During the summer, free introductory sessions for beginners were held outdoors at Norbyvretens Playground, primarily on Thursdays. Five well-received sessions were conducted.
